This card uses the Hugs (white rectangular piece), Stampin'Up!'s Lil' Paws embosslist, bashful blue satin ribbon, Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions folder, and the Big Shot. The card base is bashful blue with chocolate chip and creamy caramel. Welcome Little One is from the Nursery Necessities stamp set. The word window punch punches this out perfectly and it is layered onto the Modern Label punched out piece.
