I made this for our annual Stampin'Up! Christmas at Olive Garden gift exchange. I bought a 16×20 inch frame at Walmart, covered the cardboard backing with the fabric and two layers of quilt batting. Then I crisscrossed with Very Vanilla ribbon. I made all the bows "fork bow" style, only using a hair pick instead of a 4 pronged serving fork. I used a staple gun and hot glue.
