Eat Chocolate stamp set

Eat Chocolate is the name of this stamp set from the Stampin'Up! Occasions Mini Catalog that was made for me!  Here are a few samples using this set.  The full size Kit Kat candy bar is wrapped in a 6x6 piece of the Love Impressions Specialty designer series paper from page 7 of the mini.  The sentiment is punched with the Decorative Label punch from page 30, also from the mini.  The ends are crimped with the crimper.  Sticky strip works the best for adhesive.  The candy bar card was made by Robin Neth. I like the way she did the corner.  It looks like someone took a bite!  The brushed gold card was made at the Yankton stamp club.  The idea came from Robin Merriman.  I did mine a little differently but it is still a case (copy and share everything) of hers. This has the double embossing technique.

Owl Punch, Valentine Defined stamp set, Glimmer Paper

This card, made by one of my downline, Robin, was cased from Heather Summers.  Love, love, love the glimmer paper from the Stampin'Up! Occasions Mini Catalog, page 7! You get 2 sheets of 12x12 cover-weight paper covered in glitter that will not brush off or create a mess for only $3.95. You can die cut with our Big Shot or use our punches!  Can you see how it used here as the owl breast and the hearts (above the owl and on the word, Love)?  So cute!

Wild Horse Saloon

Stampin'Up! surprised Managers and above to a memorable evening at the Wild Horse Saloon in Nashville! We enjoyed fabulous live entertainment, line dancing, delicious food, and chatting! Stampin'Up! also gave each of us a cowboy hat!  Do you see the horses suspended from the ceiling?  This was my first manager's reception and it exceeded my expectations!  Thanks, Stampin'Up!

Manager's walk!

Peg Ireland and I both promoted to Manager this past year so we got to walk across stage during Leadership general session!  Peg was one of my roommates.  All 4 of us had never met and were complete strangers. We had a great time and are strangers no more!  Several times Peg and I were asked if we were sisters!
