Here are my Stampin'Up! Valentine sucker treats using the I Dig You stamp set and the Candy Conversations stamp. In my haste to get them ready, I forgot to stamp "I Dig You", which is also part of the stamp set. I will do that yet before handing them out. My Real Red cardstock is 3 x 6.75 inches, with a layer of 2.75 x 2.75 inch Pacific Point and then the focal image is just under 2.75 inch square. I also used Daffodil Delight, Real Red, and Basic Black Inks, and the small heart punch. The ribbon is retired but I figure my day care crew won't mind. I bought flat Valentine Suckers at the dollar store. I was inspired by Wendy Hawkinson who used this set to make her son's Valentine cards.

The side strip is the FREE Everyday Enchantment designer series paper, and the brad is from the FREE Sale a Bration Ribbon and Brad bundle, each FREE with a $50 subtotal order! The card base is Very Vanilla, and the scalloped piece on the left is Soft Suede. The sentiment is from the My Friend stamp set. The Pool Party piece is textured with the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder.

I cased this from a Leadership "Clothesline" display/contest sample so I cannot give credit to the original creator. This isn't an exact copy but very similar so if the idea came from you, please let me know and I will give you credit. This card is easy peasy and so elegant looking in real life. I have also made this using Stampin'Up!'s note card/envelope sets, so then it is even easier yet! I have put together Sale A Bration kits with all the needed items for the card. When you select Kit A or Kit B, you will get a FREE Sale A Bration items of your choice from the SAB brochure. The card base is Whisper White (5.5 x 8.5 inches), Black Layer (3.75 x 5 inches), White layer (3.5 x 4.75).

The card base is Pool Party with a strip of Attic Boutique designer series paper on the inside bottom. I folded the cardstock in half, then opened it back up to use the Adorning Accents Edgelits dies on the bottom. Then I changed tabs, and ran it through again with the Adorning Accents embossing folders. I then randomly stamped with versamark images from the Rue Des Fleurs stamp set. The corset is stamped with black stazon, and then blender pens are used for coloring the image with Daffodil Delight and Pool Party inks. I added the Victoria Ribbon and a basic pearl, and stamped the "Thanks" in Soft Suede. The inside says "for your support". Both sentiments are also from the Rue Des Fleurs stamp set. I also used the oval from the Designer Frames embossing folders. The corset is then punched with the extra wide oval punch which fits the inside of the oval frame! Love it when Stampin'Up! products coordinate perfectly!

I have been playing again! At San Antonio Regionals, the chiffon pins were demonstrated. This is still a work in progress for me, but the great thing about these pins is using the Big Shot to die cut several layers of chiffon fabric at one time. I did 8 layers with no problem. Then I put an antique brad through and used the heat gun to poof/scrunch them up. I don't seem to have just the right touch yet, but it is fun experimenting! The Antique Brad pin is a case of one that Denise Jorgensen made for a downline gift at Leadership, and I had to have one of my own! I used a chipboard circle from the Merry Medley chipboard pack from the big Stampin'Up! catalog, page 191. I covered that with CRAFT Black ink, and then embossed with clear embossing powder. I did this on both sides. Then I used Crystal Effects to adhere the "wingless" brads. I sneaked my hubby's cutter from the garage to cut the wings off. This is at least a 24 hour project because you must leave it alone to give the Crystal Effects time to completely dry. Then you can use the Crystal Effects again to attach a pin to the back, and then more drying time. I think it is very elegant and dressy looking! The Antique Brads are on page 198, $5.95, and you will use the entire package.

I saw a card at Leadership using the Elegant Bird Die, page 10 of the Occasions Mini catalog and knew I just had to get this die. My card is very similar, yet different from the Leadership sample. I think the inspiration is from Megan Wheeler's card, but I am not positive so correct me if needed. I used Soft Suede for the card base, and then it is layered with Blushing Bride cardstock, textured with the Framed Tulips embossing folder. The bird/angel wings are die cut with the Twitterpated designer series paper and all of my sponging was done with soft suede. The sentiments are actually two separate stamps from the Rue Des Fleurs stamp set, page 22 of the Occasions Mini catalog. I stamped both and then punched with the scallop oval punch. It is finished with the Basic Pearls from page 198 of the Big Stampin'Up! catalog!

This is an easy peasy Valentine treat for the flat suckers, not the tootsie pops. This is similar to others done in the past except this one is textured with the new Adorning Accents embossing folders, page 7 of the Stampin'Up! Occasions Mini Catalog. This comes in a set of 3, and I used the heart one. The cardstock is 3 inches by 6 inches, then folded in half. I textured just the front half with the hearts. The sentiment is from the Delightful Dozen stamp set, stamped in Basic Black ink and punched with the scallop oval punch. I then sponged it with Real Red, topped it with a heart punched from the Small Heart Punch, and then added a Basic Rhinestone. I used the crop a dile to punch 2 holes (the large hole), at the bottom and threaded the white taffeta ribbon through. These should be easy to mass produce for classroom treats!

This card was a Stampin'Up! display sample at Leadership so I don't have all the details but what I can see is that it uses the Everyday Enchantment designer series paper, stamped with the Fresh Vintage stamp set (both FREE Sale A Bration choices - spend $50, receive one item FREE). This card caught my eye! It is beautiful, don't you think? I am thinking it was stamped with Versamark or the Craft Vanilla ink, and then embossed with either the Vanilla Embossing powder or Clear embossing powder. The butterflies are done with the Beautiful Butterflies die and added to a layer of Very Vanilla, which is embossed with the Elegant Bouquet Embossing folder, and sponged with Soft Suede. This could be used for a Sympathy, Birthday, Anniversary, Thinking of You, Get Well, etc. Just add whatever sentiment you wish!
