Love this card! Shelli showed a similar one at Leadership and this is a case of Kimberly Van Diepen, who tweaked Shelli's. Actually, I think Shelli's daughter, demonstrated it at her first workshop! This is called a fork bow and I will be demonstrating how to make these, only I will be using the Pampered Chef Hold and Slice instead of a fork!
