This card is just so birthdayish, don't you think? It is almost a complete copy of Connie Babbert's card, except I added the Perfectly Penned stamp set greeting, "Happy Birthday". It also uses the Petite Pennants Builder punch which coordinates wonderfully with the Pennant Parade Stamp set. The paper is the Big Top Birthday designer series paper. Remember the August promotion is Buy Three, Get One Free of the designer series papers, excluding the specialty papers. The card base is Real Red and the other colors used are Pacific Point and Daffodil Delight. The circle is punched with the 1 3/4 circle punch.
