Okay I have been busy designing for my 2nd upcoming Christmas card class. I liked how this turned out but hubby didn't like it. He said it isn't even Christmassy looking! So I wake up way early this morning and keep thinking about it and finally get up at 5 to start playing with other ideas. I will post those later. But I am wondering what you think of this one. Should I just scratch it off the list? My card base is Crumb Cake with layers of Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, and Whisper White. I am using colors from the Season of Style designer series paper pack. Plus I really like Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, and Cherry Cobbler for Christmas cards. Makes me think of gingerbread men and baking, I guess. I used the Pretty Print Textured Embossing folder again. See the shiny gold star? I punched it with the new Foil Sheets from the Stampin'Up! Holiday Catalog (page 28)! This is not flimsy foil, but cardstock backed gold or silver sheets. I stamped the tree from the Evergreen stamp set with Crumb Cake and Early Espresso. Then I used the Ovals Collection framelits to die cut the ovals. The sentiment is from the Greetings of the Season stamp set.
