Another Envelope Punch Board idea! My Cherry Cobbler base is a 5" x 5" square piece of cardstock, punched and scored on all 4 sides with the Envelope Punch board at 2", punch & score; turn 90 degrees, 3", punch & score, turn, 2", punch & score, turn, and 3", punch & score. The beard is done with the 2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punch. The buttons are done with the Sweet Buttons embosslit. The belt is a 1/2" strip of black cardstock with a slightly bigger than 1/2" inch square scrap piece of silver glimmer paper. Then I placed a 1/2" square of black on top of the silver. The beard is popped up with dimensionals with some of the Cherry Cobbler baker's twine underneath and tied in the back.
