I am so loving this new punch!  This time I made this to hold a package of Trident Gum!  I used the Tag It stamp set, and various punches.  My Coastal Cabana strip is 2" x 10.5", and scored at 4 7/8" and 5 5/8" BEFORE punching both ends with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch!  This punch is in the Stampin'Up! Occasions catalog and is available to order now!  The sentiment is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set, and it is finished off with ribbon and the Fresh Prints designer series paper stack, $6.95.
