Fringe Scissors Flower Pens

I used a 12 x 3 strip of Watercolor Wonder designer series paper, folded in half the long way with a strip of sticky strip to hold it closed.  Then I put another strip of sticky strip along the same edge but didn't pull off the red liner until I was done snipping with the Stampin'Up!
