My card base is Soft Sky with a layer of Blackberry Bliss cardstock that has the "Celebrate" embossed with gold embossing powder. I cut the Gold Fancy Foil Designer Vellum with the Balloon Framelits. The bow is cut also with the Balloon Framelits with the Gold Foil. I then attached the Metallic Gold Baker' Twine with mini glue dots. I hid my mini glue dots on the bottom balloon by placing them behind the Gold Foil polka dots. The other balloon I hid my dimensionals behind the polka dots. It is hard to take a picture with the shiny foil areas but it is a very pretty card.
