I used some leftover pieces from the Witching Decor project kit to make this gusseted cello bag treat favor. Inside the cello bag is a 3.75" x 10" piece of designer series paper. This one uses the Happy Haunting dsp. The 2nd bag uses retired Halloween dsp that I first experimented with. This piece is scored at 1", 6", and 8.5" and then folded so that it has a flat base with a flap in front and then the top part folds over, facing the front also. The gusseted bags are on page 151 of the annual Stampin'Up! catalog, #133770, $4.50, for 25 bags. Here is picture from convention showing the score info.
It is hard to see, but it has a flat base for holding the candy. The stamping is from the Witches' Night stamp set that I used on the Witch's hat also. The black spider web and the "31" and the striped background piece are all leftovers from the hat kit. Just by changing out the designer series paper, you could have darling Christmas, baby, birthday, etc. candy favors!
