Woo Hoo! I was pleasantly surprised as the other submissions were just as wonderful! This challenge was for the Ombre Technique and here is the card I submitted.
I chose my ombre colors as Soft Sky, Lost Lagoon, Island Indigo, and Night of Navy, sponged with window sheet "slopes". I used the Jingle All the Way stamp set and the coordinating Sleigh Ride Edgelits dies from page 12 of the Stampin'Up! Holiday Catalog! Thank you for selecting my card as the winner of this challenge! Click here to participate in this weekly challenge!

Another project kit I assembled yesterday afternoon. Love, love, love the cards in this kit and I love the tin, and the tabbed dividers! I made more birthday and thank you than other occasions, but this kit makes it easy to decide on what greeting to use. This kit makes 16 cards with envelopes and you have the tin to store these cards and future cards! There is a video, too, to help you along! This kit is on page 110 of the annual Stampin'Up! catalog. Class info below the video!

These cards are really cute! This kit, when paired with the coordinating To You & Yours Too stamp set, makes 18 Shaker Cards. I did all this, this afternoon, with a few interruptions. The video by Stampin'Up! was very helpful, as there are a few changes from the kit instructions. This kit and stamp set are on page 4 of the Holiday catalog. The words comes in 3 languages, and the kit includes foil stars, adhesive stickers, Shaker stars, sequins, and glitter, dimensionals, Baker's Twine, die cut shapes, envelopes, window sheets, etc. You will need the stamp set, Cucumber Crush, Crushed Curry ink, and the Memento Black pad to follow the kit instructions.

This card kit is an all inclusive kit with pre-watercolored designs. It makes 20, yes, 20 cards, 3 different sizes and includes the 12 photopolymer stamps, 2 ink spots, accessories, envelopes, clear block, giftable Kraft box, and more! The instructions are easy to follow. I started out assembling per instructions, but then varied the sentiments because I wanted more Thank You's and birthday cards. For $35 you get a great value of product and you have a wonderful greeting stamp set to use on future cards! This is item number 140406 and is on pages 80 and 155 of the annual Stampin'Up! catalog.

Trying the Colour Challenge for this week, the Ombre Effect Technique!
I decided to use shades of blue for the background on my card. I used Pool Party, Lost Lagoon, Island Indigo, and Night of Navy. I used the Jingle All the Way stamp set and the Sleigh Ride Edgelits Dies that can be purchased as a bundle saving you money. I did my Ombre technique by sponging and masking. I added the Candy Dots and Dazzling Diamonds glitter to finish it off! Hope you like!

Here is another card I designed for a swap and I did a "no no" by accident. I used the Brushed Gold card stock for my layer on top of the Garden Green card stock and it is RETIRED! I love that card stock and when I went to reorder and couldn't, is when I realized it but my swaps were already in the mail. You could substitute Delightful Dijon and it would make a good trade. I gold embossed my sentiments, both on the front and inside. The ornament is done with the Red Foil and the Gold Foil, and I used the Gold Cording Trim. Dazzling Details Glitter adhesive finishes it off on the holly berries. My card base is Garden Green with layers of the Brushed Gold, Real Red, and Very Vanilla card stock. The Red and Gold Foil are just so pretty together. I do like my card I posted yesterday the best, though.

I designed this card for a swap last month and I just love how it turned out. It is so pretty with all the silver! My card base is Pool Party with a layer of Island Indigo. The sentiments, inside and out, are from the Embellished Ornaments stamp set, and the ornament and snowflake are die cut using the Delicate Ornament Thinlits dies, all from page 15 of the Stampin'Up! Holiday catalog. The intricate ornament is die cut using the Silver Foil sheets, page 148 of the annual catalog. I embossed the sentiment with Silver embossing powder, and used the new Silver Cording Trim, page 24, and the oh, so pretty Gold & White 3/8" Glitter Ribbon (white is used here), page 29. The vellum strip on the side is from the Holidays Fancy Foil Designer Vellum, page 32, all from the Holiday catalog! The stamp set and dies can be purchased as a bundle, saving you 15%. Love the stamp set and love that it has the sentiments for both the front and inside, along with the pretty ornament images.
