This week's Watercooler Wednesday challenge is a color challenge using Pacific Point, Mint Macaron, Perfect Plum, Tempting Turquoise, and Silver! My silver is using heat embossing on the words from the stamp set, Bravo! Click here to check it out and to add your own sample!
Had some questions on how I did this so here you go. I cut a wavy line across a rectangular piece of window sheet. Then just put them down on your cardstock, spread apart, and temporarily adhere with washi tape. Sponge a color on the open area with a sponge dauber. When done with one color, move the window sheets down, covering the one color you just did and sponge a new color (wave). The sentiment was curved on my clear block which was easy to do with a photopolymer stamp. Glad you liked this technique!
What a wonderful card! I love the wave - it's different and fun! It makes for a lovely card! And, showcases the colrs wonderfully! Thanks for joining us at Watercooler Wednesday Challenges!

I'm with Jean - I'd love to know how you made those colourful waves, Lynn! What a unique idea; and the butterflies following along are fabulous. Thanks for joining us at the Watercooler Challenge this week! ~Deborah

Wow...I love the waves of color. That's a very cool effect (and one I'll have to remember to CASE). Especially when paired with the Bravo sentiment. Any tips you'd care to share on creating the waves? Inquiring minds want to know. lol
Thanks Lynn for joining in this weeks Watercooler Wednesday Challenge. I'm honored you played with my ring's colors.
