Birthday Bright stamp set, Celebrations Duo Textured Embossing Folders

Birthday Bright Celebration Duos

Birthday Bright Cel. Duos

The Birthday Bright stamp set is the one that coordinates with the Birthday Bright Project Kit which I assembled last month.  A fabulous card and tag kit, by the way.  Here I used it with the Celebrations Duo Embossing folders.  I did use clear Wink of Stella on the "Birthday" and the Polka Dots but it is hard to see the shimmer in the picture. My background is made with the Watercolor Wash background stamp, stamped after I embossed the "HAPPY".  Stampin'Up! Supplies are shown below.
