Spiderman Birthday Card, First Communion Card with Stampin'Up! Retired product

Yes, these cards use retired product from a few years ago but I want to remind you that great product is retiring right now. If you are thinking you may want something, hurry before it is gone. Shop here to check those items off of your must have list! The spider embossing folder and the Special Blessings stamp set, the punches and the bigz die are my NEVER FOR SALE items. There is some current product here and even a sneak peak of an upcoming new In Color (Powder Pink). I used the current Stitched Shapes framelits, the Layering Ovals framelits, and the Number of Years stamp set and the coordinating Large Number Framelits, and the Softly Falling textured embossing folder. The inside of my Spiderman card uses the retiring Everyday Hero stamp set. Want that one? It goes to "While supplies last" on May 22nd! I cased the Spiderman card years ago from Tami White! One of my grandsons is always checking this card out on my card rack so had to make him one for his birthday!

Sneak Peak Colorful Seasons stamp set, Seasonal Layers Thinlits Dies bundle

Here is a Sneak Peak of the Colorful Seasons bundle that will be available to customers June lst or earlier if you are a Stampin'Up! demonstrator. I used the Colorful Seasons Stamp set with the Seasonal Layers Thinlits Dies and the Color Theory Designer Series Paper Stack and the new Glitter Enamel Dots. My card base is a new In Color, Berry Burst! Notice my textured background? No, I did not use an embossing folder but did use my Simply Scored tool. I just placed the card stock at an angle and used the stylus on every other groove. Cool, huh? Happy Stamping!

My red layer on the first card, is stamped with images from the set, but I could have used the red side of one of the sheets but I love the other side more and decided not to cut into it for this card. Now to finish it off just layer your dsp on your white and on to the same color 4" x 5.5" piece. Your narrow white goes on the inside left side for you to sign your name and put a greeting if you like. This will lay flat for mailing and is so cool!

Sneak Peak of Birthday Delivery stamp set and the Birthday Memories designer series paper

I fell in love with this suite as soon as I saw it! Aren't these vintage little girls just the cutest! The sentiment is from the Birthday Delivery stamp set and the girls are die cut with the Layering Ovals from the Birthday Memories designer series paper. I have several packages of this paper as it is just fabulous and has images that coordinate with the Birthday Friends Framelits dies. You will be able to order these the beginning of June when the new Stampin'Up! catalog goes live! I also used new ribbon on the blue card. Love, love, love this suite but I guess I said that already! Dragonfly Dreams stamp set, Three Panel card, On Stage swap

Here I am in San Diego for Stampin'Up!'s On Stage event! Had to show you my swap card I made and also my pedicure I had done. I asked for a dragonfly since I had already made my swaps! I can hear my kids now, "Oh, Mom!" I love this Dragonfly Dreams stamp set. It is the only stamp set I used on my cards. It has sentiments, along with great images. It also has coordinating framelits but I didn't use them on this card. My card base is Blushing Bride that is 5.5" x 8.5", scored at 4.25". The Sweet Sugarplum layer is 5.25"x 4", and my black layer is 5" x 3.75". Then my white layer is 4.5" x 3.5". Stamp randomly over all with the dotted image. I stamped off first, then stamped the dots to give me a lighter, softer look. Then I stamped full strength Sweet Sugarplum with the solid wings image. Then stamp over with the dragonfly. I used the Clear Wink of Stella on the wings. After stamping, then cut the panels, 1.5" wide. Line them back up, like a puzzle. My sentiment strips are 1/2" wide x 4.25". I flagged the ends with the Triple Banner punch, then stamped the sentiment. Pop it up with dimensionals and it is done! I changed the placement of the sentiment strip, too.
