Copper Tea Tins Christmas Decor

I love how these turned out!  The Joyous Noel Specialty Designer Series Paper is no longer available but if you have it, then enjoy it.  It is so pretty!  It has copper accents and it pairs perfectly with the Copper Tea Tins from page 192 of the Stampin'Up! Annual Catalog.  You get 4 tins for $15.00.  I was going to put one letter on each tin for NOEL or JOY but then decided to do this instead.  I also used the coordinating Joyous Noel 6" x 6" Glimmer Paper.  There are 8 sheets each of the Copper, Merry Merlot, and Tranquil Tide.  These are on page 29 of the Holiday Catalog.  I wrapped some Tear & Tape Adhesive around the middle of the tin, and on one end of the 3" x 12" designer series paper, then just wrapped it around tight.  I wanted to use all three colors of the glimmer paper, but did only use the Merry Merlot for the top of the tins.  That piece is 2" x 3.5", and the corners are rounded with the Detailed Trio Punch or you could use the corner rounder on your Envelope Punch Board. The tree was die cut with the In the Woods Framelits Dies, page 27 of the Holiday Catalog, and the deer was die cut from the Detailed Deer Thinlits Dies, page 9 of the Holiday Catalog.  Supplies are below.  Just click to order.  Happy stamping!

12 x 12 Christmas Sampler, Signs of Santa stamp set, Santa's Signpost Framelits Dies bundle

I have made several Christmas Samplers but I think these elves are just so darn cute, so I had to make another!  This time I also used the Santa's Workshop Memories & More Card Pack so my measurements are not so precise.  Usually I figure it so all borders are even but this is mostly eyeballed.  I die cut images from the Santa's Worshop Specialty Designer Series Paper with the coordinating Santa's Signpost Framelits Dies!  I love when Stampin'Up! does this option with their papers and dies!  The card packs may not be available anymore but you can find out when you click to order on the supplies below!  I got the frame a few years ago from Target and then I just swap out my samplers.  I am thinking my day care kiddos will really like this Christmas Sampler!  Happy Stamping!

Sea of Textures stamp set, Under the Sea Framelits Dies Bundle

I made 53 of these cards for a swap at On Stage in Orlando.  I think this is called a Split Panel Card.  The sentiment is stamped on the inside and seen through the Window Sheet panel.  I used the Multipurpose Adhesive sheets so that there is no gluey mess on the inside view where the images are adhered to the Window Sheet. Christmas Gift Card Holders, Farmhouse Christmas stamp set, Dashing Deer stamp set

Yankton Stamp Club and my team stamping night got to make this gift card holder.  The idea is from Su Mohr, another demonstrator.  She did several using the Dashing Deer stamp set, Detailed Deer Thinlits Dies, (bundle), and Under the Mistletoe designer series paper.  I had fun making a variety of deer holders, but the gals made the one using the Farmhouse Christmas stamp set and the Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper.  The plaids are so trendy right now and I am loving both papers so much!

Measurements:

Base:  7.75" x 5, scored @ 2.5" & 6"   You can get two bases out of one 8.5" x 11" sheet of card stock.

DSP:  4.75" x 1.5", 4.75" x 2.25"

Inside strips:  4.75" x 1.5", 4.75" x 2.5"

The wider inside piece isn't necessary, but I wanted it to sign my name on, instead of on the narrow strip or the dark card stock.

Belly Band:  1" x 8.25" or so.  I used leftover strips.

Tear & Tape

1" Circle Punch to do the finger notch.

Ho Ho Ho Christmas Gift Box made with the Beautiful Blizzard Stamp Set and Large Letters Framelits Dies

I just love this gift box idea!  This idea came from Lisa Ann Bernard from Queen B Creations.  I used a different stamp set, but followed her instructions.  She used the Snowflake Sentiments stamp set.   Here is her box top:

The box is three pieces of Real Red cardstock (bottom, top, and insert)

Box Top:  4 1/8" x 10 1/8", scored @ 3/4" from all sides.  Cut up to score line on the lines on each end, fold flaps in to make lid.  

Lid top:  Black Card stock is 8 1/4" x 2 1/4" and the Real Red is 8" x 2".  

Use the Embossing Buddy over the top layer of Real Red, and then stamp with desired stamp set in Versamark Ink.  Emboss with Gold Embossing Powder.

Box Bottom:  5" x 11", scored @ 1 1/4" inches from all sides.  Cut up to scored line on the lines on each end, fold flaps in to make box.  Use Tear & Tape or strong adhesive.  

Insert:  3 3/8" x 9 3/8", scored @ 1/2" from all sides.  

I die cut the H's using the Large Letters Framelits, and the circles use two of the Layering Circles. I use the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets behind my letters and this makes for easy adhering and no messy glue spots.   I placed all on the insert without adhering, and marked with a pencil, where I would need to make my open circles.  Then you cut the open circles using the smaller of the two circle dies you used to make your "O".  I then placed the insert inside the box and I did add some adhesive on the folded sides, but it isn't necessary.  Use Mini Glue Dots on the bottom of your Lindor Truffles.  I bought several different kinds, and want to try some different colored boxes.  Queen B Creations is definitely a Queen of creative talent.  Thanks, Lisa Ann Bernard for this beautiful box idea! I am so in love with this Signs of Santa bundle, and the coordinating Santa's Workshop Specialty Designer Series Paper!  I love the colors, the images, the flocking, and that the framelits die cut some of the images!  It is hard to see but when I saw all the elves on the inside of my card (back side of the polka dots), I just had to use the sentiment from the stamp set that says "FROM ALL OF US"!  It seemed so fitting.  This layout uses your designer series paper, and I love that you can see both sides.  The snowman image is also cut from the paper, but with the Layering Circles Framelits dies!  Stampin'Up! supplies are below.  Just click to order.  Happy stamping!

Gifts for On Stage Live roommates, downline, friends!

On Stage Live (Convention) last week in Orlando was wonderful!  I had several downline that attended and friends who are Stampin'Up! family!  There were 6000-7000 demonstrators from all 10 countries, I believe.  I can't wait for the next event in April to see some of these friends again!  The supplies are below for these gifts.  I got the bag tags from Walmart and used designer series paper for the background, and the Layering Alphabet Edgelits for their initials.  The Statement of the Heart stamp was offered this past spring and is not available now.  And of course, I love Wink of Stella, so chose that as the gift for my roommates.  We also had matching pajamas, Disney themed, that we never got a picture of, darn!  That is our roommate tradition, and it is always the same 4 of us at the Live Events!  If you are a demonstrator or thinking of becoming one, plan on attending these events.  Here is a pic of me in the middle wearing black and waving, right above someone in a red and black striped sweater! My sister is a bit to the left of me, with  glasses, also waving!  We are waiting for the doors to open!  Surely, you would want to be one of this amazing crowd!

Still Night Stamp Set, Night Owl Thinlits Dies

Farmhouse Christmas stamp set, Farmhouse Framelits Dies

The Farmhouse Framelits Dies are on the low inventory list so get them now or you will be sad!  I love the coordinating Festive Farmhouse designer series paper so combined all using a slightly different layout and now I like this card even better than the other I posted previously.  Stampin'Up! coordinates their products and it takes the guess work out of matching paper & inks.  I used the coordinating Festive Farmhouse twine, which is also on the low inventory list!  There is Wink of Stella on the headlights, tire rims, and bumper & grill, but it is hard to see in the pic.  Supplies are below.  Just click and order!
