Love how the What's Up punch coordinates with this house from the FREE Sale a Bration You Brighten My Day stamp set.  This can be your FREE choice when you purchase $50 subtotal.  The sentiment is from another FREE Sale a bration choice, the Simply Wonderful stamp set.  My card base is Whisper White with another layer of Whisper White.  I put my Stacked With Love Washi tape on first and folded the excess to the back of the layer.  Then using my Stamp a Ma jig, I stamped the houses with the Black memento ink pad above the tape and also on a scrap piece of Basic Gray cardstock. This is popped up dimensionals.  The sentiment is then stamped below the washi tap.  I punched out red hearts with the Hearts Border punch to add some color.  Quick and simple!
